So You Want To Know Me?

As of late, I have been receiving feedback about my blog from friends and family, which is so sweet and I love you guys for it! :)! Thanks for everyone for saying you enjoy reading, like MN today. (You know who you arrreee :D)

I've heard multiple times that I should include more of me in the blog, such as my interests, and what I'm really like behind the avatar, as well as my husband. So here it goes!

I like to think of myself as laid back, but my husband would beg to differ. I love to read and sit in quiet environments drinking Ice Lattes and having soft relaxing indie music in the background. I like expressing myself, and I do so with words and art, that's why I have a blog, to vent and express. I'm very cautious with people, at the same time, though you'd never guess it. I don't always like being around my friends, or people in general. I'm not a "loner", I just like space. There are dogs and there are cats. I'm definitely a cat. Independent and bitchy when annoyed. I love to help people, though. I love volunteering and making friends. I love the city, I love culture and diversity. I'm an atheist, I enjoy debating, but I also keep a fine line of respect, and I'm very liberal. I stand up for homosexuals and their rights, I believe in pro-choice. Everyone is different, but that's what makes the world beautiful despite skin color, age, weight, sexual pref.

Adam is carefree and laid back, and takes things in his own stride. He doesn't mind being a little late, or not doing something right away when asked. He would rather play video games while listening to rap. Definitely not as verbal as me, though. He's more about body language. Adam would rather go out for a beer than an iced latte, and rather work out than blog, but whatever. We work out OK. Total opposites, though. We hold common ground, though. He's agnostic, and believes there is a higher power, just not necessarily the "man made" God. He'd definitely not as liberal as me, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't care about human rights quite as much as I do, but he's still caring in his own special way. :)
